Every Lazaci creation is secured with our Seal of Approval tag. This is our signature of quality. While we respect the wider landscape of design, we cannot attest to the lineage or authenticity of any item not acquired directly through our official channels.

IV. THE PATH OF RETURN
In alignment with our values of precision and respect, we maintain a strict 7-day window for returns within the United Kingdom and European Union.
 
  • The Global Limit: Currently, we are unable to process refunds for territories outside the UK or EU.
  • The Discretionary Rule: Returns requested beyond the 7-day window are subject to the silent discretion of Lazaci.
  • The Physical Barrier: Items cannot be returned to physical retail locations.
