This website is the official operated online distributor for all products featured on this website associating with Lazaci LTD and we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.

Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from Lazaci, however every product we sell comes with a Lazaci seal of approval tag attached to the garment.

RETURNS POLICY

Important Information.

All sales are final from the point of sale, returns may be considered at the discretion of Lazaci, but not guaranteed, if your Lazaci Tag has been broken, then the product is deemed non-refundable.

Please ensure you are happy with your order before purchasing, pleae visit our social media for more detailed images of products you are interested in.

We do not offer an exchange service.

All items are quality controlled checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers, If you received a damaged item. Please contact us immediately.

Orders that require a refund must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment secure tags still attached.

Items received that are damaged, soiled or altered in any way may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Only until your return has been successfully received and checked by our quality team will you receive your refund. Refunds may take 7-14 days upon arrival.

Any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on your shipping method, you will receive an estimated delivery time.

Each item will be tracked and signed for and you will be able to track your parcel online via the courier website.

We work closely with our shipping partners to minimise the potential impact of any shipping delays however, we have no control once an item has been dispatched and has left our warehouse.

We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once an item has been shipped out, however we will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

The delivery process time starts within 24-48 hours from an order that is received and may also include a 1-2 week period depending on the items, in which they will be quality control checked, carefully inspected by our team and then hand packed for dispatch.

Please note this may take longer at peak times, We take pride in our products as we want our customers to have the best possible service.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKED?

Your order will be shipped in the recommended packaging, safe for delivery to protect your item(s) from any damage. Inside will be official branded packaging. Your products will be placed in a certified sealed plastic bag. Your products will be wrapped and tagged with official certified tags and a authenticity tag and product information.

IS MY ORDER INSURED?

We insure all items against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit until it is delivered to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you inform us  immediately, by submitting your enquiry and email photographs to us at info@lazaci.com we work hard to ensure all packaging is presentable when it arrives. Also you can also make a note when signing for that you are accepting a damaged box. This will help us for future references.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER?

For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped. We therefore ask you to please check your shopping cart carefully before finalising your order as all orders are final.

HOW DO I KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number, a link for the courier will be attached. 

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

All items purchased online include a 7 day return policy for the United Kingdom and EU. Any country outside the UK or EU, it is not possible for a refund as of yet.

Late returns outside of this timeframe may only be accepted at the discretion of Lazaci. Currently it is not possible to return items to a Lazaci retail store.

To refund an item, please leave us a message on our contact us page and a member of our team will be in touch.

IMPORTANT

We DO NOT accept items that tags has been broken, damaged items or items that show any signs of wear or used beyond being tried on. Items must be returned in the original condition and original packaging, however external packaging by the courier can be disregarded. e.g the cardboard box

We reserve the right to refuse any item that is outside our terms and conditions criteria.

To return an item, please contact us via our contact page and we will provide you with a pre-paid returns slip and full details on how to return the item(s).

DO YOU OFFER AN EXPRESS SHIPMENT?

We currently do not offer express shipment as this current time.
