Every piece is designed exclusively by Lazaci and carries a 100% authenticity guarantee. The security tag is our signature of truth. If the tag is removed, the piece is yours forever.

THE TERMS

  • Final Sale: All sales are final. Move with intent.
  • Returns: We offer a strict 7-day return window for UK & EU customers only. No international returns.
  • Condition: Items must be returned completely unworn and in original condition.
  • Refunds: Processed within 7–14 days post-inspection.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.

THE TRANSIT

  • Handling: Standard pieces ship in 24–48 hours. Select drops require 1–2 weeks to process.
  • Shipping: All orders are fully tracked, insured, and require a signature. We do not offer express shipping—excellence cannot be rushed.
  • Damaged Deliveries: If your package arrives damaged, document the condition and email info@lazaci.com immediately.
