Welcome to the Lazaci Circle. We don’t just move fabric; we curate an aesthetic. To maintain the integrity of our craft, we ask that you acquire with precision.

THE COMMITMENT

  • Finality: Study our silhouettes on our social channels before you commit. Once a transaction is sealed, the piece is yours.
  • The Tag: Every garment leaves our DOJO in perfect condition. If the Lazaci security tag is broken or removed, the journey ends—no returns, no exceptions.

THE EXCHANGES

  • Discretionary Fit: Fit must be absolute. If sizing disrupts the harmony of the piece, exchanges may be considered at our discretion.
  • Process: Follow the included returns form with exact care.

THE STANDARDS

To be eligible for a return, your piece must meet our strict quality control:
  • Condition: Items must be returned completely new, unused, and untouched.
  • The Armor: All original packaging, authenticity cards, and dust bags must be included.
  • Rejection: Any soiled, altered, or damaged pieces will be rejected and sent back to you. We only honor the pristine.

TO COLCLUDE

  • Refunds: Approved returns are processed within 1–2 weeks post-inspection.
  • Compromised Arrivals: If a piece arrives damaged or compromised, contact us immediately at info@lazaci.com.
